The Referral Intake

Process

Our Admission Support Team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to discuss patient history and medical necessity, arrange admissions, facilitate transportation, schedule evaluations, and assist with insurance verification. In an effort to mitigate the risk to the referred patient, we provide immediate access to care. Our rapid intake process begins within 24 hours of the initial outreach. Our assessment takes place within 48 hours and then within 72 hours patients are assigned a medical team and treatment plan is created and begins.
